Exclusive plans available through your Chamber membership

The health insurance solution for your small business is almost here. The Hillsborough Chamber has partnered with the NC Chamber to offer Carolina HealthWorks, a special multiple employer welfare arrangement available to our Chamber members.

Beginning in 2026, employers with 2 to 50 employees who are Hillsborough Chamber members will receive access to a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBCNC) health plan with competitive rates and flexibility typically only available to large businesses. Risk-based pricing provides significant potential savings over other plans currently available to small employers.

Claims and plan administration are funded through a fixed monthly fee. Easy, convenient, and potentially significantly less expensive...all for the small employer!
