Carolina HealthWorks, a special multiple employer arrangement, is now available to Hillsborough Chamber members. Employers with 2 to 50 employees who are Hillsborough Chamber members have access to a Blue Cross and BCBSNC health plan with competitive rates and flexibility typically only available to large businesses. Risk-based pricing provides significant potential savings over other plans available to small employers. Claims and plan administration are funded through a fixed monthly fee.
