Why This Day Matters

You didn't get into nonprofit work to wrestle with budget spreadsheets, outdated bylaws, or grant applications that go nowhere. But those things determine whether your mission survives to next year.

The Nonprofit Impact Summit brings your team together with experienced practitioners for one focused day — not another webinar you'll half-watch, but real, hands-on working sessions with people who've done this for a living.

You'll leave with tools you can use Thursday morning — an improved, working budget template, a bylaws checklist, a new grant approach you can apply to your next application — the kind of things that actually change how your organization runs.

What You'll Walk Away With

A single day, multiple sessions built around the problems nonprofit leaders lose sleep over:

  • Keynote: Storytelling & AI — How to tell your organization's story in a way that moves people, and how AI can help you do it faster and better
  • Fundraising & Grants That Stand Out — What reviewers are actually looking for, and how to stop blending in
  • Board Management — Practical approaches to keeping your board engaged, useful, and aligned
  • Nonprofit-Specific Budgeting — Build a budget that survives board scrutiny and funder audits alike
  • Bylaws That Work For You — The top few fixes that turn bylaws from a filing-cabinet document into a real governance tool

Every session is hands-on. You'll be working through real scenarios, not just listening to slides.

Who Should Be in the Room

Executive directors, program managers, development staff, board members, and anyone else at your organization who touches strategy, money, or storytelling. Nonprofits will get the most value by sending a small team — you'll leave with shared language and a shared ideas.
