What is the Chamber?
The Chamber of Commerce is the voice of the business community in Hillsborough and Northern Orange County. Membership in the Chamber of Commerce lends extra credibility to your concerns about government and issues surrounding the community. The Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit organization, funded largely through membership fees and profits from special events. We receive no funds from any governmental entity and are not affiliated with the state or federal Department of Commerce.
Who runs the Chamber?
The Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce is a business leadership organization - governed by a 15 member Board of Directors, run by a talented staff and supported by community investors. Daily operations are handled by our staff, consisting of Kim Tesoro (CEO) and Amy Wilmoth (Communications and Member Services Specialist). For more information, visit our "Who We Are" page.
Is the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce affiliated with the United States Chamber of Commerce?
NO. Our Chamber is not a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and no portion of our members' membership dues go to the U.S. Chamber.

How do I renew my membership?
For information on renewing your membership, please visit the "Renew" page under the "JOIN NOW" tab at the top of your screen. Renewals can be paid by check or credit card.
What membership levels do you offer?
We offer five (5) membership levels, ranging in price from $200 to $5000 annually. Each membership level offers different member benefits. To learn more about membership levels and benefits, please CLICK HERE.
How can I find out about upcoming events?
Upcoming Chamber member events are always listed on our Events Calendar. Additionally, our weekly email newsletter, Hillsborough Happenings, is a great source for information about Chamber and member events. Do you list job openings for businesses in your area?
If you are a member of the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce, we would be glad to list any and all job openings you have. As a Chamber member, you can load in job openings via your login to our database. If you need assistance doing this, please give Amy Wilmoth, Communications and Member Services Specialist, at the Chamber at (919) 732-8156. Job openings can be found under the "Economic Development" tab at the top of your screen.
